Widener University - Student/Professional Society Networking Event

The event is designed as a joint networking opportunity that brings together students and professional societies for career connections, collaboration, and exposure to industry opportunities. While similar in format to a career fair, the focus is slightly different. Rather than company recruiting booths, the event centers on professional societies representing various sectors of the industry. This gives students the chance to connect with leaders and members of these organizations, learn about career paths, discover opportunities for involvement, and build professional networks that extend beyond a single employer. The evening will include informal networking, introductions to the societies’ missions and programs, and open dialogue around career development and industry engagement.
